ORGANIZATION(S): Gator Bowl

Rick Catlett, a name and voice that remains synonymous with the Gator Bowl.  He took over as the President & CEO of the Gator Bowl Association in 1992, following longtime Executive Director George Olsen.  
 
During Catlett’s tenure, the Association has broadened its scope to include numerous neutral site college football games, the Florida-Florida State baseball game, and the ACC Football Championship game. 
 
Prior to the Gator Bowl Association, Catlett served as a Senior Administrative Aide to two Mayors over a 12 year period and was the Administration’s point person in Jacksonville’s effort to secure an NFL franchise. He has also served on numerous Boards and Commissions in a volunteer capacity during his career.
 
Catlett is married to Carol Catlett who retired from the Duval County School System after 35 years of teaching.  He has two children and four grandchildren.
